László Acsády delivered a lecture (in Hungarian) at the commemorative event dedicated to János Szentágothai, held as part of the symposium series celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA). The renowned Hungarian, school-founding neuroscientist became President of the MTA 50 years ago.

In his lecture, László compared Szentágothai’s modular theory of the cerebral cortex with the latest findings on the thalamus.
