Our institute's professor emeritus, Dezső Szabó, who, thanks to his many outstanding achievements, is known to many of us as 'the' Dezső Bácsi (with a capital B), and who until now only the Covid pandemic has been able to keep away from the institute for a long time, is celebrating his 100. birthday today, July 12, 2025.
