Our Flerkó-Bárdos award winners in 2025
The Flerkó-Bárdos Memorial Medal was awarded for the first time in 2019, and its first winner was Csaba Fekete. The following year, Krisztina Kovács received the medal, and since then we have had a winner every year. This year, there are three: László Biró, Petra Mohácsik, and Éva Rumpler received special awards in the Junior category. Congratulations!
The award, established by the "Foundation in Memory of Dr. Béla Flerkó and Dr. Vera Bárdos" affiliated with the Institute of Anatomy at the University of Pécs Medical School, consists of a commemorative medal and a cash prize. It is a special award for endocrinologists, neuroendocrinologists and anatomists who have achieved outstanding results in the field of scientific research and training at an international level.
The Flerkó-Bárdos commemorative medal is awarded in Junior and Senior categories.
This year's winners from our institute competed in the Junior category and received special prizes.
